Questions about plans
What happens when the free month ends?+
Nothing is charged automatically — you never entered a card. At the end of the month, you choose to stay on Starter or move to a higher plan. If you do nothing, your access is paused, but your trades are kept and reappear as soon as you activate a plan.
Can I switch plans mid-month?+
Yes, from the subscription section of your account. The change applies immediately and the amount is prorated for the time left in your current billing period.
What happens to my trades if I cancel?+
They're kept. Your dashboard access is paused at the end of the paid period, but your whole journal comes back if you subscribe again. You can also export it before leaving, or ask for permanent deletion of your account at contact@trademetrics.fr.
Is there a student or group discount?+
Not at the moment. If you run a trading group or community and are considering several accounts, email us at contact@trademetrics.fr.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and more) through Stripe. Payments are fully handled by Stripe: no card details are ever stored on TradeMetrics servers.
Can I get an invoice in my company's name?+
Every payment sends a receipt by email. TradeMetrics is a French sole proprietorship exempt from VAT, so no VAT is charged (article 293 B of the French tax code). For an invoice in your company's name, email contact@trademetrics.fr with your company details.
